CyCells
CyCells is a three-dimensional, discrete-time simulator for studying
intercellular interactions mediated by molecular signals. Many of the
features are particularly designed for modeling intracellular infections.
The code is written in C++ and has been tested under Linux. Current code and
user manual are available in a single
gzipped
tarball; older versions are also
available.
