You might be visiting this website because you experienced problems with
traffic originating from this IP address or one corresponding to a PlanetLab node.
These experiments are being run by the CS department at University of New Mexico and
are used for internet measurements research.
This specific measurement uses PlanetLab nodes to assess the dependence
that geographic location and web client have on the cipher suite
that a server can and/or will advertise as being supported.
The traffic sent from the PlanetLab nodes should only consist of two varieties:
1. HTTP GET requests
2. TLS authentication followed by HTTP GET request.
