I'm a student of Computer Science & Mathematics at the University of New Mexico.
I work for the
Computer Science Department as both Teaching Assistant & System Support.
Apart from spending way too many hours per week programming, I enjoy blogging, hiking, playing piano, practicing yoga, reading, running, traveling, & watching films.

August 2018 - Current
- Developed software in Python to determine anthropological heritage given a DNA profile. Designed a front-end user interface. Configured SQL database containing genetic and population data.
August 2017 - Current
- Answered questions posed by students, assisted faculty members with library research, conducted Computer Science course lab sections, graded homework and exams, held review sessions, provided in-class tutoring.
- Assisted in: CS 351L - Design of Large Programs, CS 152L - Java, CS 151L - Python for engineering, CS 105L - Introduction to computer programming using JavaScript.
January 2018 - Current
- Managed accounts and workstations, pushed/pulled system configuration images via Puppet and Subversion, ensured security through access controls, backups, and firewalls, maintained integrity of computer lab and server room systems, performed troubleshooting on various systems, issues, and outages.
