SOLUTION MANUAL
The solution manual is available on-line. Within each chapter, solutions
are identified by the corresponding exercise number. Each solution
is its own Postscript file or you can download one file per chapter, containing
the solution to all of the exercises within the chapter, including the
additional exercises. Solutions are generally quite detailed; the entire
solution manual for all chapters runs to well over 300 pages in the format
and fonts used for the text.
In order to access these files, you need a user ID and password combination,
which you can obtain from your local Addison-Wesley representative.
