Notes:
Once we have identified the silhouettes, we can use the calibration to project which 3D voxels are projected to by all four silhouettes.
The algorithm is simple
Traverse the volume
for each voxel examine the appropriate pixels from each camera
If a voxel projects to a silhouette pixel in each camera, then mark that voxel as occupied.
