Lance R. Williams received the BS degree in computer science from the Pennsylvania State University in 1985 and the MS and PhD degrees in computer science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1988 and 1994, respectively. Prior to joining UNM in 1997, he was a post-doctoral scientist at NEC Research Institute.
